HELP NEEDED  As you may already know, Zella Cunningham has had a stroke and is in need of constant care.  Mel is her caregiver fulltime.  Mel could use some time on Wednesday mornings, from 9 to Noon, to complete some tasks that he cannot bring Zella along for.  As a Christian Congregation and a member of Zella’s church family I would like you to consider helping them out.  If you are able to spend a few hours sitting and visiting with Zella and helping Mel out, it would be greatly appreciated.  Please either call the church office and leave your name and phone number or sign the sheet on the table in the anrthex.  We are hoping for at least 5 or 6 volunteers.  This would allow you to visit one time a month.

WOMEN’S RETREAT  Bethany will again join Immanuel, St. John’s and Bethel Lutheran churches to host a women’s retreat in February 2012.  The retreat will be February 25^th from 9:30 A.M. to 4 P.M. at Bethany.  The theme for the retreat is Sea Side Escape. There is a $15 registration fee.  There is more information and registration forms on the table in the narthex.

REBUILDING TOGETHER  Rebuilding Together is looking for people in our area that may need help from them this year.  There is a paper on the bulletin board about this and the applications are in the church office if you know of a person that is in need of their help.  They are also accepting financial donations if you would like to help that way.

COACHING PRACTICUM  A coaching practicum for conflict resolution will be held in March in Angola.  If you are interested please see the bulletin board and also the registration form in the narthex.
